Hello, I'm Toby.  That's me over there to the right.

I've spent the last 20 years working in the advertising industry, and have been fortunate enough to travel the world whilst working with some of the world's best brands.  

Currently, I'm Managing Director at Bear Meets Eagle On Fire. We’re a Sydney-based thinking and making studio that builds bespoke teams around any problem or project - from branding and brand creation to design, experience and communications.

Prior to moving to Sydney, I spent a decade at Wieden + Kennedy, working on multiple accounts across three offices: London, New York and Portland.  Working with a range of clients at three key offices in the W+K network gave me the opportunity to work with a host of smart people, giving valuable insight into various different styles of managing commercial creativity.
